Robert Frederick Paulsen III is an American voice actor who has performed several vocal roles in various films, TV shows and video games, including Raphael and Donatello from the five animated series. 1987 and 2012 respectively by Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Yakko Warner, Dr. Otto Scratchansniff, and Pinky from Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain, Carl Wheezer from Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and the TV sub-series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, Peck the Rooster from Barnyard and his supporting TV series Return to Barnyard , Spike in The Land Before Time movies and TV series, and the main character of The Mask: Animated Series. In total, Paulsen has voiced over 250 different cartoon characters and has done so in over 1,000 commercials. He received the Emmy Day Award for Best Animation Performance Artist for Portraying Pinky and three Annie Awards.
